This Return Policy covers interior styling services and any physical goods sourced through Shythreloichelil on your behalf. It is designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and alignment with consumer protection requirements in the United Kingdom.
Service Cancellations
You may cancel design or styling services before work begins with no fee. If cancellation occurs after work has started, charges will apply for time spent, materials ordered, and any third-party costs already committed.
Consultations and Digital Deliverables
Consultations, concept boards, layouts, and other digital deliverables are non-refundable once delivered due to the bespoke nature of the work.
Furniture and Decor Orders
Items ordered through third-party suppliers are subject to the supplier's return window and conditions. Where returns are permitted, restocking fees, collection fees, and condition requirements may apply. Made-to-order or customised items are typically non-returnable unless faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If an item arrives faulty or damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description. We will coordinate with the supplier to arrange repair, replacement, or refund in line with their policy and applicable consumer laws.
Delivery and Collection Costs
Delivery charges are non-refundable once a shipment has been dispatched. Collection costs for returns may be deducted from any refund where applicable.
